For many years, Elanders Waiblingen has been sending its apprentices—future media designers, print media technologists, print finishing technologists, as well as machine and plant operators—to the JGS – Johannes Gutenberg School in Stuttgart.
On February 2, 2024, the school hosted its annual Trainee Day. Our dedicated team ensured an engaging booth featuring exciting giveaways. To provide visitors with something to take home, chocolate bars and workbooks were prepared.
Our colleagues were able to explain the daily workflows in our production areas to many young people and their parents. By the end of the day, only 10 chocolate bars and 30 workbooks remained—highlighting the success of our participation.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to this Trainee Day.
On September 19, 2024, we will be taking part in the “Treffpunkt Karriere” (Career Meet-Up) in Herrenberg. Preparations for the event are already underway.
