International Account Manager (m/f/d)
In your role as International Account Manager, you take on central coordination between sales, technical departments, production, and suppliers, guiding customers from initial quote preparation through to invoicing. You serve as the interface that confidently connects technical consulting, order processing, and complaints management, making a key contribution to the smooth execution of international customer projects.
Your Tasks
- Coordinating the onboarding process for our new customers (B2B/B2C) in collaboration with Sales and Technical Support
- Cost Estimation and Preparation of Quotes
- Technical Customer Consulting and Support
- Data Maintenance in CRM or Sales Systems
- End-to-end order processing, from order entry to invoicing
- Complaint Handling
- Developing cost-effective production solutions and negotiating with suppliers and business partners
- Control and Monitoring of Logistical Processes
What makes you stand out
- You have completed vocational training in the printing industry. Preferably, you also have additional qualifications in
printing technology or as an industrial foreman/forwoman - Your English skills are impressive
- An independent and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as an openness to innovative ideas and processes, are qualities that speak in your favor
- You’re a true team player with great organizational skills, always motivated, and enjoy your work
- Strong communication skills, a passion for direct interaction with people, and a confident demeanor are your strengths
- You are familiar with the most common MSO and Adobe programs
