As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) at Elanders Waiblingen GmbH, you will be responsible for the technical design, implementation and operation of complex, customised marketing platforms. You will work at the interface between internal commercial project organisation, development, IT operations and external software development service providers – with the aim of creating powerful, scalable and future-proof web solutions.
Your tasks
- Several years of professional experience in full-stack web development, ideally using PHP (Symfony/Laravel), HTML/CSS/JS and modern frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Strong knowledge of API development (REST/JSON) and integration with third-party systems.
- Experience in designing modular, maintainable software architectures, ideally for highly customised B2B solutions.
- Proven track record in technical project management or as a lead developer/architect, preferably within agencies or software companies serving corporate clients.
- Confident in using modern DevOps and collaboration tools (CI/CD, Docker, Git, Jira or similar) with a solid understanding of system and platform operations (Linux, databases, high availability).
- Ideally experienced in monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana) and familiar with IT security and data protection (GDPR compliance).
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to take technical ownership and deliver reliable solutions.
- A structured, solution-oriented and innovative working style.
- Degree or vocational qualification in computer science (or related field) with several years of professional experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent German and good English language skills.
