Machine Operator – Die Cutting Machine (m/f/d)

With us, you will work with state-of-the-art post-press and finishing technology, playing a key role in transforming printed sheets into premium products. You will set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure our products are manufactured efficiently and according to the highest quality standards.

Your Tasks

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring die-cutting machines according to production orders (e.g., Bobst or cylinder die cutters)
• Independently conducting quality controls during production
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and assisting with maintenance work
• Care and upkeep of the machinery
• Documenting production data and waste/rejects
• Complying with safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines

Your Profile

• Ideally, experience as a bookbinder in print finishing
• Completed vocational training in the field of printing or packaging
• High level of diligence, reliability, and quality awareness
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to learn quickly
• Manual dexterity and good color vision
• Independent, reliable way of working with a quick grasp of new tasks
• Flexible, motivated, and quality-conscious
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Basic computer skills (IT literacy)
