Machine Operator Folding Carton Gluer (m/f/d)
At Elanders Print & Packaging you will work with modern folding carton gluing machines and play a key role in producing high-quality packaging solutions. As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for setting up, running and monitoring the machines to ensure efficiency, precision and top-quality results.
Your Tasks
- Independent operation of Bobst Domino 90, Bobst Fuego 50, and Bobst Domino 110 folding carton gluing machines
- Machine setup and adjustment according to job specifications
- Conducting production and quality checks during the manufacturing process
- Identifying and rectifying quality deviations
- Maintenance and servicing of the machines used
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and documentation standards
Your Profile
- Several years of relevant professional experience in folding carton manufacturing
- Ideally, relevant vocational training as a packaging technologist, packaging mechanic, machine and plant operator, or media technologist (print finishing/bookbinder)
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if necessary
- Independent and quality-conscious working style
- Team spirit, motivation, reliability, and flexibility
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
