Production Associate (m/f/d)
At Elanders, you’ll work with state-of-the-art printing and finishing machines and play a key role in producing high-quality, personalized print products. As a production employee, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the machines to ensure efficiency, precision, and top-notch results.
Your Tasks
- Assisting machine operators in print finishing
- Loading machines with product components
- Transporting materials
- Removing finished products from the machine and further processing or packaging them according to specifications
- Cleaning the machine and the surrounding area
- Assisting colleagues during peak periods
Your Profile
- Professional experience in (print) production
- Physical stamina
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if necessary
- Motivation, reliability, flexibility
- Good written and spoken German language skills
