Shipping Coordinator / Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Elanders Kaisheim GmbH is a full-service provider of creative and classic high-end print products. As part of the Swedish Elanders Group, which operates 11 locations across 6 countries, we provide global solutions for all types of printed information to our internationally active clients.

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will ensure seamless freight forwarding, coordinate shipments, and guarantee that customer orders are delivered efficiently and on schedule. In this role, you will work closely with warehousing, production, sales, and external logistics partners.

Your Tasks

• Manage day-to-day shipping and dispatch operations.
• Plan and organize timely deliveries in collaboration with shipping and logistics service providers.
• Prepare shipping and accompanying documentation (e.g., delivery notes, customs documents) while adhering to international legal regulations and customer specifications.
• Support the sales team with pricing, cost calculations, and planning tasks.
• Handle shipping complaints and resolve transport damage claims.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations as well as internal quality standards within the shipping department.
• Monitor freight costs and assist in optimizing logistical processes.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience in shipping, dispatch, or logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills along with an independent, accountable, and structured approach to work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong organizational talent, reliability, and high motivation.
• Good German language skills (both written and spoken).
