LitRPG CON 2026 has wrapped, and it was a memorable event to be part of. LitRPG is a genre that blends fantasy and sci-fi storytelling with game mechanics — think character stats, quests, and leveling systems woven right into the narrative. It’s a fast-growing corner of the book world, and the convention brings that community together for a few days each year.
Elanders Americas had the privilege of bringing thousands of books to life for authors, publishers, and readers who traveled from all over to celebrate the genre.
By the Numbers
Over three action-packed days, LitRPG CON welcomed more than 2,000 attendees — proof that this community keeps growing year after year. And behind the scenes, our team printed and shipped more than 8,000 books to make sure every author had copies in hand and every reader could walk away with something new to dive into.
More Than Just Books
The convention floor was full of energy from start to finish. Attendees enjoyed:
- Author signings, where fans got face time with their favorite writers
- Cosplayers bringing beloved characters to life
- Open sessions for the whole community to connect and learn
- A variety show that kept the crowd entertained
- A live book launch, celebrating a brand-new release
A Book Launch Worth Celebrating
Speaking of that book launch — it was a special one. We were proud to print Chance Encounter: World’s Only Hero by author Dakota Kraut for its debut at the convention. What makes this launch even more exciting: the book has since been picked up by Penguin Audio and Zando, with Zando bringing it to bookstores and libraries. Being part of that journey, right from its first printed copies, is a great reminder of why events like this matter. Congratulations to Dakota on this next chapter!
