LitRPG CON is a fan-oriented event where participants can meet authors, attend lectures on various topics, play games, buy books and accessories, and collect autographs.
Elander’s primary goal at LitRPG CON was to produce books for authors and publishers to sign and sell. Our secondary goal was to attract new authors and publishers to expand our growing customer base in this industry. Thanks to the hard work leading up to the event, we accomplished both goals. In fact, all four publishers have already asked us to produce books for other upcoming events, starting with Dragon Con later this month!
Elanders Americas asked some authors and publishers about the challenges associated with delivering their books to a trade show – and logistics was at the top of the list. So Elanders came up with a solution.
We created a customized order page and partnered with show management to share the details of our printing services with the event’s sponsors and guest speakers. The page offered special pricing for printing as well as shipping and logistics options.
From there, we coordinated with shipping partners and the hotel and took care of every step – printing, packaging and delivery. The result? The books were delivered directly to each customer’s stand on time and without a hitch.
The exhibitors were thrilled when they arrived to find their books ready and waiting. They were not only impressed by the quality of the books, but also by the care with which they were produced. They particularly appreciated the packaging. Each box was clearly labeled.
